The FDA conducted food safety inspections in Oxford Street, Osu yesterday.
As a result, some food service establishments that were operating without an FDA Food Hygiene Permit were temporarily closed.
Until they receive the necessary Food Hygiene Permit Certificate, the impacted establishments will stay closed.
In order to prevent closure and fines, the FDA advises all food enterprises once more to regularise their operations by getting the required Food Hygiene Permit.
